  Private mortgages we sell are 100% RRSP eligible and you can use any existing RRSP moneys for your investment, we can assist you in placing your mortgage in a self directed RRSP through a registered Trust Company.
  
  
• You Choose your Investment
  
  You choose your investment. Unlike a mortgage pool or Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) you can choose to purchase a mortgage on a case by case basis, based on the amount of equity, rate of return and individual risk assessment.
